1. Who we are

Our services include technology consulting, product development, custom platforms, dedicated teams and technical operations.

2. Forming an agreement

This website provides information and indicative prices. An introduction, telephone conversation or project enquiry is not in itself an order. Before work begins, we set out the assignment and applicable terms in a proposal or agreement accepted by both parties. Specific written agreements take precedence over these general principles to the extent permitted by law.

3. Scope and changes

The proposal describes the intended outcome, work, responsibilities, capacity and scheduling assumptions. We discuss additional work, changed requirements and significant dependencies before implementing the relevant change. Any effect on price or schedule is recorded in writing.

4. Prices and payment

Website prices are indicative amounts in euros. Final pricing depends on scope, complexity, integrations, team composition and delivery requirements. Taxes, external costs, any advance payments and invoice milestones are specified in the proposal. The agreed payment term appears in the agreement and invoice. Costs not agreed in advance do not automatically become part of the assignment.

5. Collaboration and delivery

We agree on the information, access and decisions needed to carry out the work. The client ensures that supplied materials and access can lawfully be used. Testing, acceptance criteria, feedback and handover are agreed in advance. If missing information or other dependencies affect the schedule, we discuss the implications and next steps.

6. Rights and confidentiality

Source code, designs, documentation, licences and any transfer of intellectual property rights are addressed in the individual agreement. Third-party software and materials remain subject to their applicable licences. Confidential project information is used only for the engagement, subject to legal obligations or separate permission. Additional data processing arrangements are made where needed.

7. Ongoing services

For monthly engagements, capacity, duration, termination, availability and any service levels are agreed separately. A starting price does not promise unlimited capacity, a fixed headcount or permanent availability. Maintenance, hosting, third-party licences and new development are distinguished in the scope.

8. Cancellation and termination

You can notify us of cancellation or termination by calling +31 6 94500133 or emailing contact@stanbyte.nl. The end date, handover and financial settlement follow the agreement and applicable law. 9. Issues and liability

Describe any issue as clearly as possible so we can discuss the situation and a suitable response. Remedies, responsibilities and liability are addressed in the agreement within the limits of applicable law. These website terms do not exclude liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Law, contact and updates

Dutch law applies to the engagement, without removing mandatory protection available to a consumer under applicable law. Questions and complaints can be raised by telephone or email. A new website version does not automatically amend an existing agreement. Keep the accepted proposal and the terms supplied with it.
